- In appreciation of the role of women in the visual community, and in honor of her, the committee holds an annual ceremony for the visual mother (Visual Mother’s Day).
- Carrying out scientific trips for students to Egyptian medical lens factories to find out about the latest optical systems.
- Holding conferences and seminars in institutes, divisions and visual exhibitions to increase scientific and professional content.
- Take recreational trips.
- Offering Umrah and Hajj trips to specialists and contracting with two companies specialized in this field.
- The committee participated with the optical people in many governorates such as Alexandria, Mansoura and Tanta, and was attended by a group of industry, trade and specialists, with honoring many pioneers of optical work and community men.
- Sponsorship of the association for visual exhibitions held in Egypt.
- Contributed to communication, creating an official page on the social networking site, developing the website, opening new doors, continuous communication, and presenting all developments in optics, international publications, and scientific research.
